  1. Download the app from App Store or Google play
  2. Scan the QR code that’s on the tag Register in a few seconds
  3. Make your payment safely through viva wallet
  4. Stick the tag on the suitcase you want to send and leave it at the hotel reception

We are aware of the value of your luggage, therefore we only use our drivers. Your SUITCASE IS AS IMPORTANT AS IF IT WAS OURS.

From the moment you make the payment until you pick up your suitcase at the airport/train station you will know step-by-step who is handling your luggage.

You can just check the updates on the app or through your email.

For security purpose we will send you a notification first when your luggage leaves the hotel, then when it will be delivered at the airport/train station deposit.

At what time do I have to leave my luggage at the hotel reception?2023-02-08T09:53:06+00:00

You have to leave it before 10:30 am on the day of your departure (unless otherwise specified in the app according to the hotel)

In order to guarantee an efficient and satisfactory service we unfortunately cannot allow any delays regarding luggage pick up from the hotels, therefore we encourage your punctuality.

In case your luggage isn’t delivered to our driver due to delays from the hotel, the cost of the service will be automatically deducted without the possibility of refund.

In the remote possibility that your suitcase gets lost or stolen, according to the general conditions of service, you will be covered for a maximum amount of €250.

Your payment be processed securely by viva wallet, one of the main board players for in app payments, that maintains high level of security standards on the market.

Viva wallet, thanks to the joint venture with JP Morgan (which has 48% of shares), is able to handle several online payment methods in order to satisfy all customer requirements.

After processing the payment you will receive an email with the QR code paired to your suitcase with all the shipping details.

Ask the deposit staff to use there internet connection, access your email and get the code

what if I cannot reach the airport/train station on the same day I sent my luggage?2023-02-08T09:54:10+00:00

In that case the airport/station deposit staff will ask you an adjustment for the exceeding hours/days of deposit. The initial cost includes only the cost of the day in which the order is expedite.
